Applied Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a Chiropractic technique that is designed to evaluate structural, chemical and mental aspects of your body using muscle testing combined with other standard methods of diagnosis. An AK treatment may involve specific spinal/joint adjustments, various myofascial therapies, cranial techniques, food sensitivity testing , evaluating environmental irritants and various reflex procedures.

SOT

Sacro Occipital Technique, also called SOT is a commonly used chiropractic technique designed to reduce or eliminate pain or disorders in the craniospinal, TMJ, head, neck, back and pelvis, and extremities. SOT aims to balance the cranial sacral respiratory mechanism, a wavelike motion that is essential for the normal functioning of the brain and spinal cord. We use SOT on a daily basis in our adjusting protocol and tailor it specifically for each individual patient.

Emotional and energy Clearing

Taking a mind body approach to decreasing stress and rewiring neuro-pathways; stress plays a pivotal role in affecting our nervous system. Ultimately our nervous system health, is the foundation and blueprint that sets up our whole life. Once identifying the energy and emotional blockages, we are able to assist your body and mind in releasing what is no longer serving you. It serves our bodies and nervous system to clear out old blockages of energy that do not align with our ultimate manifestation of our life.

Pediatrics and Pregnancy

We deliver supportive chiropractic care for our mothers and their babies. Focusing on a variety of specialties in prenatal, postpartum and pediatrics. Chiropractic care during pregnancy assists the body during all the changes it goes through. Being uncomfortable during pregnancy is not something that you have to endure. We are able to assist with low back pain, sciatica, symphysis pubis dysfunction, headaches, tailbone pain, and many more symptoms experienced during pregnancy. Postpartum chiropractic care can help ease discomfort and assist with healing after delivery and in the early days of adapting to parenthood.

Cranial sacral

The cranium is made up of many bones that are connected through teeth like joints called “sutures”. These sutures can become jammed or misaligned especially following head injuries, TMJ disorders and concussions. Cranial Sacral Therapy uses gentle manipulations of the joints or “sutures” of the skull along with deep breathing to help relieve the tension and allow the central nervous system to function the way it is supposed to.
